It’s a big night on the West Bank! At 7pm The Cedar Cultural Center is hosting a benefit concert for victims of the Cedar Ave New Year’s Day fire, so y’all should go to that, and THEN head next door to Palmer’s Bar for another three hours of great music!
Matt Arthur & the Bratlanders (10:30pm) will be featuring a whole mess of Lead Belly tunes (in honor of his 126th birthday), and The Ear Strippers (midnight) will be celebrating the birthday of one of their own bandmates.
